Samsung - POP & Device Kit

Samsung's product line has always had something for everybody, and they've never been afraid to go wide with their offerings. The upside is variety. The downside is the training lift for employees on the floor who need to actually sell the things.

To make new devices more memorable for sales staff, we developed training kits, POP displays, and fun promotional materials for retail locations. I handled concept, all training copy, and tech specs writing – which meant translating Samsung's feature sets into language that helped a retail associate close a sale, not just recite a spec sheet.
